Collaborate with developers to align infrastructure requirements with service availability for residential and commercial properties while expanding address databases by identifying new serviceable locations. Monitor data project lists to engage the team in capitalizing on new construction opportunities and oversee contract workforce to ensure adherence to workflow standards and contractual agreements. Perform final quality control and plant verification to validate as-built documentation, executing labor and material reconciliation in compliance with company capital guidelines. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. This role requires regular, consistent attendance and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
