Job Summary
Specialist 1 on 2nd shift (4pm–2am, Mon–Thu with 3 day weekends) responsible for completing tasks per work instructions, achieving 100% quality build parts and QOS metrics, maintaining a safe work environment, and effectively communicating production issues to the Shift Lead. Requires ability to lift up to 35 pounds, work with small parts, pass background and drug screening, and operate within a team focused on continuous improvement. Compensation starts at $16.50/hour with a $1.50 shift differential and a guaranteed raise after 90 days (up to $19.52/hour with additional increases after 12 months); includes 2–3 weeks of vacation, affordable healthcare, 401(k), life insurance, attendance bonus, tuition reimbursement, and safety-related reimbursements.
