Specialised Managerial Consultant

Specialised Managerial Consultant to provide guidance and coaching to the managers of Kaelo Lifestyle clients, engaging in the programme, and to manage formal referrals. Responsibilities include conducting managerial assessments when managers formally refer employees into the EAP, providing feedback and coaching to managers during referrals, supplying tools and techniques for handling difficult employees, assisting with leadership, management, and soft skills development, and logging case notes on all interactions with clients in the EAP system. Requires a minimum of 5 years EAP or related counselling experience and professional qualifications (social worker, psychologist, or registered counsellor) with registration with the relevant professional body; proficiency in computer applications, strong data entry and typing skills, and knowledge of customer service principles and call centre technology. Telephonic counselling is preferred; some experience in a call centre or customer service environment is included as a preferred competency. Competencies include accountability, communication, business writing, organization, resilience, self-development, and ethical standards.
