Job Summary
The Specialised Managerial Consultant will provide quality guidance, support and coaching to managers of Kaelo Lifestyle clients engaged in the programme, and will manage formal referrals within the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Responsibilities include conducting managerial assessments when referrals are made, providing feedback and coaching to managers, equipping them with tools and techniques to handle difficult employees, assisting with leadership, management and soft-skill development, and logging case notes on all interactions in the EAP system. Requires a minimum of 5 years of EAP or related counselling experience, with qualifications as a social worker, psychologist, or registered counsellor and current registration with the relevant professional body. Strong computer skills, proficiency in data entry, administration, and knowledge of customer service principles, call centre technology, and telephony are required; telephonic counselling experience is preferred. Desired attributes include accountability, effective communication, business writing, planning, resilience, adaptability, and ethical practice.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified social worker

- Required language proficiency

- Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology

- Some experience in a call centre or customer service environment
