Job Summary
The Specialised Lending Manager will originate and execute new complex large lending transactions for mid-cap and large corporate clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with relationship managers to screen and onboard clients, leading the execution of lending projects, performing commercial and credit analysis, and conducting due diligence. The role requires a minimum of 5-6 years' experience in finance with knowledge in Real Estate Finance and corporate banking products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in the financial sector
- Experience in one or more areas of Real Estate Finance, Irish Food & Agri market, Acquisition/Leveraged Finance and/or Mid-Cap sized corporates
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of working independently
- Experience in the documentation and due diligence process involved in transactions completion
- General working knowledge of all corporate banking products
- Proficient in financial and credit analysis
- Working knowledge of capital markets transactions
