Job Summary
Provide essential practical care to help older people live independently in their homes, including personal care like showering and dressing, meal preparation, light house cleaning, and transportation to appointments. Assist clients with medication management and shopping while maintaining patience and a solutions-focused approach. This role requires travel to clients' homes using your own car, with a valid Driver's Licence and insured vehicle being mandatory. Candidates may have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, though full training is provided to all new care workers. Opportunities exist for both casual and permanent part-time positions across South West Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
