Job Summary
Provide essential personal care, including assisting with showering, dressing, meal preparation, and light house cleaning for older clients in the Cowra region. Transport individuals to appointments and assist with shopping, while managing medication administration and supporting daily living tasks. Travel to clients' homes using your own insured vehicle, earning $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time. Flexible availability is required, ideally Monday to Friday, with full training provided regardless of prior experience. Female applicants are required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Female
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
- Flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
- Availability ideally Monday to Friday
- Consent to a criminal record check
- Consent to reference checks
- Attendance at a pre-employment functional assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in aged or community care
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
