Special Services-Supervisor

Special Services Supervisor leads and supports Ion Solar's Special Services Team, partnering with customers, sales reps, and other agents to manage special projects like third-party contracted work, electrical service upgrades, and financing changes. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for the Special Services Team, leading by example on projects with entry-level agents, overseeing task management and daily productivity, reviewing and assigning projects under manager direction, conducting quality assurance and performance reviews, identifying individual and team weaknesses with targeted training, handling customer escalations, supporting management decisions, maintaining a positive team culture, and assisting with escalated customers as needed. Requires strong supervisory and communication skills, deep knowledge of customer service procedures, organizational attention to detail, coaching/mentoring ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Education of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of customer service experience are required; supervisory experience is preferred. The role is described as fast-paced with an open floor office, requiring regular computer and phone usage and physical stamina to sit/stand as needed.
