Job Summary
Lead complex access and eligibility cases alongside the Special Security Officer, managing the highest degree of difficulty for SCI and SCI facility controls. Drive inspection and audit programs across multiple facilities to ensure corrective actions close, while developing security policy recommendations and management reports for government leadership. Mentor mid-level specialists and standardize processes to support program transitions, ensuring personnel access and facility accreditation never become bottlenecks. This senior role requires an Active TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years of experience within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 12+ years of relevant special security experience
- Recent experience within the last 2 years
- Demonstrated leadership of security teams or programs
- Expert command of SCI access, SCIF accreditation, and classified material management
- DIA or Defense Intelligence Enterprise experience
- Program transition support experience
- Advanced security certifications (SPeD program or equivalent)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
