Job Summary
Assess complex cases and collaborate with law firms, medical providers, and insurance carriers to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions. Negotiate case resolutions by adapting strategies to unique circumstances while managing a dynamic portfolio of assigned cases. Maintain communication to track case progress, ensure service levels and performance metrics are met, and help implement performance improvement initiatives. This role requires strong negotiation skills, contract knowledge, and experience in personal injury cases. Based in the Las Vegas office, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or contact center environment
- Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services Industries
