Job Summary
Manage commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout, overseeing HVAC and plumbing work in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts while monitoring financial performance to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget completion. Coordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and owners, and handle RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, billing, and documentation. Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business. This role offers a steady pipeline of renovations, tenant improvements, and retrofits within an established contractor known for integrity and quality craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial mechanical contractor
- Experience managing HVAC and plumbing construction projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service
