Job Summary
Special Projects Manager in Online Learning (Part-time) provides administrative and coordination support for grants, special initiatives, and multi-product programs within the OL&DI team. Responsible for grant administration, compliance tracking, proposal data gathering, timeline and budget management, and cross-functional coordination across OL&DI, Grants, Marketing, and IT. Uses Asana or similar project management platforms to track deliverables, identifies bottlenecks, and surfaces issues. Designs data collection workflows, analyzes program data, and prepares summaries and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience; proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Asana strongly preferred). Priority for candidates in the DC metro area (Arlington, VA office one day per week). The role emphasizes remote/hybrid work arrangements and collaboration across teams, vendors, and funders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in project management, grant administration, program coordination, or related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
