Job Summary

Special Projects Manager to partner with the Dean of Operations in delivering operational excellence across Summit Public Schools. Responsibilities include planning and executing school-wide projects and events, supporting office operations and front desk functions, managing recruitment and enrollment activities, leading family and community engagement, and coordinating data and systems (e.g., Powerschool, Metabase) with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong project-management and communication skills, ability to draft family- and staff-facing communications, and readiness to participate in after-hours events. Proficiency with Google Workspace and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are strongly preferred. Located in the California Bay Area (Redwood City), the role supports a mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth and impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior Community Engagement, Operations, Project Management and/or School or Office Experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Platforms (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Ability to attend 2-3 evening and weekend events per month
  • Clear health and background check
