Job Summary
Special Projects Manager supports project and event management, main office operations, and whole-school systems; coordinates school-wide culture initiatives, recruitment and enrollment activities, family and community engagement, and communications; duties include planning and executing school events, facilitating front desk operations, managing databases and documents, onboarding/offboarding staff, coordinating with service providers, and leading recruitment efforts to ensure full enrollment; requires collaboration, organizational excellence, and strong communication in a mission-driven Summit Public Schools environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior Community Engagement, Operations, Project Management and/or School or Office Experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Platforms (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
