Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of high-impact People/Operations initiatives at Tremendous, owning end-to-end onboarding for new hires and manager training programs; build scalable systems and content, craft internal communications and narratives for executive presentations, and partner with the executive team to raise the management bar as the company scales. Responsibilities include redesigning onboarding to accelerate ramp, developing manager onboarding and ongoing forums, creating training plans for new and existing managers, and producing recurring internal communications. Requirements include 4–7 years in a high-ownership role (e.g., consulting, BizOps, Chief of Staff) at a fast-growing company, an AI-first approach, strong design sensibility, high ownership, exceptional written communication, and the ability to deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects. The role is fully remote, with base salary in the $170k–$200k range and equity, benefits, and parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or similar high-ownership role at a fast-growing company
