Job Summary
Answer questions for students, faculty, staff, and the community by phone or in-person. Provide support to front desk staff, report and communicate facility issues, and educate and enforce policies. Assist with various programs and events by brainstorming ideas, providing feedback, and collaborating with programs staff on tasks. Work with facilities and operations staff to identify budgets for program supplies and staffing. Collaborate with the Marketing Team on tabling efforts and brainstorm engaging content for social media platforms. Required Qualifications
- Degree-seeking graduate student
- Minimum of five credit hours (or nine if international)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Demonstrated strong leadership
- Demonstrated strong communication
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Monday - Sunday availability
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Early mornings, late nights and weekends availability
- Part-time position status
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
