Job Summary
Conduct building bulkheads, walls, waterproofing, drainage, and excavation work. Perform tree removal, minor carpentry repairs, fence installation, playground repairs, and gutter installation. Provide excellent customer service to residents while maintaining a valid driver's license and passing a criminal background check. Lift up to 100 lbs. Requires 3 years of general building and grounds maintenance experience; apartment maintenance experience is a plus. Spanish language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance work
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Passing a criminal background check
- Initiative
- Customer service skill
