Job Summary
Coordinate logistics and provide operational support across family and student events (e.g., Report Card Conferences), internal quarterly/state assessments, student food systems, student and staff technology, school décor/atmosphere, transportation, and enrichment activities. Work within multiple workstreams (e.g., SPC - Technology & Assessments, SPC - Events, and SPC - Systems) under the Director of Operations, communicating effectively with teachers, students, parents, and partners, while managing multiple tasks to support student achievement and school operations. Requires strong digital literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel), project management experience, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under competing demands; 1-3 years of relevant school operations experience and a Bachelor’s degree are expected.
