Job Summary
Special Projects Coordinator to drive operational efficiency through the development and execution of various special projects. Responsible for coordinating projects from initiation to closure, maintaining comprehensive project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions. Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement solutions to streamline operations, and support the deployment of new systems. Deliver training and create training materials for end-users, develop reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. Role requires proficiency in M365 tools and strong communication, with a focus on improving productivity and project success across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in M365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
