• •Remote (US), with meaningful overlap with Pacific working hours

• •Ability to turn a one-line intent into a plan: scope, owner, date, definition of done, and the two or three things that will actually make it late
• •Ability to run the operating cadence: program status, gate reviews, commitments, and the follow-through in between
