Job Summary
Special Projects Associate will work directly with the Founder to drive local market entry, build hiring plans, support fundraising, establish presence in the local market, drive external positioning, turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and ensure execution, and act as a central operator across teams. Bring experience from consulting (MBB), VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles; be a strong generalist with high agency, sound judgment, and excellent communication to collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
Required Qualifications
- Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- Strong generalist - able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
- High agency - does not wait for instructions, figures things out and moves
- Strong judgment - able to prioritize what matters and make decisions with incomplete information
- Clear and concise communication - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- High reliability - consistently follows through and delivers
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
