Job Summary
Own a real problem end to end, from identifying the blocker to implementing the fix. Support investor diligence by pulling together the operational and financial story. Lead logistics for complex moves like relocating a test cell or lab with minimal downtime. Build lasting business processes for intake, reporting, and approvals. Step in on critical slipping projects to drive them back on track and run analysis behind real decisions such as site selection or make-vs-buy calls. Get to ground truth by walking the floor, talking to people, and digging into raw data yourself. Turn answers into actionable fixes before moving to the next challenge. This role targets exceptional early-career talent for onsite work at Boom's headquarters in Centennial, CO, with a base salary range of $87,000 - $117,000.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- A degree in engineering or a quantitative or finance field
- A strong academic record from a strong program
- Evidence you've done hard things: a company you started, a competition team you led, research you drove, a job that stretched you well past your title
- Analytical horsepower — you're fast in a spreadsheet and can build a model from scratch
- A track record of finishing hard things, inside school and outside of it
- 100% onsite at Boom's headquarters located at 6803 S Tucson Way, Centennial, CO 80112
