Job Summary
Lead and resource enabling analytics and reporting to support tri-campus projects and initiatives while collaborating with leaders, colleagues, and partners across UofT and externally. Manage the planning, implementation, and maintenance of multi-campus mental health projects, ensuring equitable access to culturally competent services through data-driven decision-making. Contribute to the OVPS Tri Campus Student Mental Health Team by participating in meetings and discussions to advance student feedback and priorities. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize project results, prepare comprehensive workplans and presentations, and leverage AI functionality to optimize software performance.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Training and education in project management
- Training and education in data analytics
- Four years of project management or project administrative experience
- Experience in a post-secondary setting
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Training, education and experience working with data/data sets
- Experience with software applications to support project implementation
- Experience with progress reports
- Experience with presentations
- Proficiency in document preparation
- Proficiency in project workplans
- Proficiency in project summaries
