Job Summary
Oversee the setup of new and remodeled stores by supervising fixture execution based on blueprints and arranging merchandise according to planograms. Coordinate with Store Management, Store Design & Construction, and external contractors on construction, electrical, plumbing, and painting needs while managing vendor orders and featured merchandise displays. Provide on-site supervision for store openings and remodels, track progress, and conduct follow-ups on outstanding construction or fixture issues. Train others on merchandising strategies and company direction while carrying out special projects assigned by senior leadership. Requires frequent travel to store locations for project oversight, with overnight stays and personal transportation necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of retail store merchandising
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and set fixtures
- Experience with setting planograms
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Good leadership and team-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel frequently 100%
- Overnight stays will be required
- Personal transportation to and from store locations
