Job Summary
Manage general business administration operations for the city's Recreation Center, including supervising staff, scheduling activities, and resolving customer complaints. Develop and operate community programs, maintain facility upkeep and inventory, and process purchase orders while collecting and accounting for receipts. Produce promotional materials to drive public participation and utilize facility management software for daily operations. Work a flexible schedule covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring independent judgment and initiative to prioritize assignments in a pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some College
- Valid Texas driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 90-days of hire
