Job Summary
As a Special Procedures Technologist at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, you will assist physicians in the Radiology Department by performing special procedures, ensuring patient safety, and preparing patients for diagnostic procedures. You will also supervise radiologic students and maintain compliance with radiological procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of approved School of Radiologic Technology Program
- License as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Ohio
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Certification through ARRT in Cardiovascular Technology within two years of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a Diagnostic Technologist
- One year experience in special procedures
