Special Procedures Tech Neuro IR TMC

Perform special/invasive radiology procedures on patients, ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols while preparing, explaining, and positioning them for exams. Administer contrast when necessary, select appropriate imaging techniques, and verify technical image quality. Enter and monitor patient data, perform quality assurance on radiology equipment, and report accidents or malfunctions to management. Take emergency calls within the department and mentor less experienced staff. Works Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm with a full on-call week rotating approximately every five weeks.
