Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a complex patient population under direction of the department chief. Administer chemotherapy and specialty infusion therapy while performing IV placement, medication administration, and IM injections. Provide telephone triage, coordinate follow-up care, and deliver patient education for pre- and post-infusion protocols. Monitor patient conditions throughout the infusion process, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Support procedural flow, foster collaborative relationships, and assist with oncology and infusion care coordination.
