Job Summary
Coordinate daily work schedules and prepare rooms for electrophysiology procedures, including ablations and cardiac implants. Collaborate with physicians on orders, requisitions, and lab results while ensuring proper technical exposure factors for digital and conventional equipment. Program digital computers, Schonander film stands, and contrast injectors to minimize radiation exposure. Maintain quality control and assurance standards while prioritizing patient comfort and radiation safety. Manage continuing education coordination and ensure all procedures meet technical standards within the evening shift.
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid ARRT and NJ DEP license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years radiology experience preferred
