Job Summary
Coordinate daily work schedules and prepare examination rooms for the Interventional Radiology team. Collaborate with physicians on orders, requisitions, and lab results while programming digital equipment, contrast injectors, and film stands to ensure proper technical exposure. Manage radiation safety, protect patient comfort, and maintain quality control standards across departmental and non-departmental procedures. Requires active ARRT and NJ DEP license, BLS certification, and experience with digital and conventional imaging systems.
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid ARRT and NJ DEP license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years radiology experience preferred
- Procedural Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- on-call and weekend rotation requirement
