Job Summary
Special Officer role supporting A1’s market entry and local setup, reporting directly to the CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities include setting up the local office from scratch, vendor coordination, early hiring support, coordinating interview logistics, building relationships with recruitment agencies, and ensuring launch workstreams across HR, Finance, Operations, and Product stay on track. Requires hands-on execution, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to operate in ambiguity, and ownership of local operational initiatives during the launch phase.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, executive support, startup operations, office administration, or business coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling sensitive or confidential information
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging external stakeholders (e.g. recruiters, vendors, partners)
- Hands-on, proactive mindset — able to figure things out independently without a defined playbook
- Willingness to take on both operational and business-facing responsibilities as needed
- Familiarity with the local business environment (e.g. vendors, hiring landscape, basic admin processes) is a plus
