Special Needs Sitter-Flexible Hours

Part-time respite care sitter position for neurodivergent children and teens, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. Responsibilities include caring for children, engaging in play, arts & crafts, reading, and supporting learning through fun. Prior childcare or nanny experience preferred with references. Able to travel across San Diego County to support multiple families in various home environments. Shifts mainly between 12:00pm–9:00pm, with typical assignments Monday through Friday. Must be reliable, communicative, and able to lift up to 35 pounds; physical activity and outdoor time are part of daily duties.
