Job Summary
One-on-one care for a toddler with special needs (child turning 2) in Tuscaloosa: provide attentive daytime care with focus on reinforcing PT/OT/speech goals, assist with mobility using a gait trainer and walker, safely lift/transfer (~25 lbs), transport to therapy appointments, engage in age-appropriate early-education activities, and maintain a safe, structured home environment. Must have a valid driver's license, US work authorization, and CPR certification; 3–5 professional references required. Experience with cerebral palsy strongly preferred; OT/PT/Speech therapy or related credentials highly preferred.
