Job Summary
Manage household operations and provide dedicated childcare for a faith-oriented family with two young children, including a toddler with cerebral palsy requiring specialized physical support and transfers. Coordinate daily routines, maintain cleanliness, and anticipate needs while engaging the 5-year-old in outdoor play, reading, and creative activities. Assist with specialized equipment and developmental milestones for the child with mobility needs, offering patience and compassion throughout care. Work Monday through Friday from 9am to 2pm, covering approximately 30-35 guaranteed hours per week. The role emphasizes organization, proactive service, and building a long-term trusted relationship within the home.
