Job Summary
Coordinate ministry programs, maintain family and volunteer communication, and organize schedules using CCB software. Support day-to-day programming by greeting attendees on Sunday mornings, overseeing respite nights and events, and managing event catering. Update tracking reports on attendance, coordinate classroom arrangements, and screen incoming calls and emails. Manage the ministry budget, process requisitions, and register attendees and volunteers in the database. Maintain communication with the Kids Department and update website and digital content.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful ministry or project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Strong ability to learn and work with various software packages
- Strong data management abilities
- Takes initiative, solves problems with little oversight, and resolves conflict in a Christ-like manner
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations
- Consistent attendance and participation in Grace Church and involvement in the life of the church
Desired Qualifications
- Education preferred: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
