Job Summary
Special Needs Caregiver for an 18-year-old nonverbal individual with autism in a private home in Northwest Peoria, AZ. Responsibilities include active daily engagement across activities (gym, swimming, errands, sports events), assisting with meals, medications, hygiene, and providing clear daily progress reports. Collaborate with therapy teams (OT, PT, SLP) in and out of the home, support educational and developmental goals, maintain structured routines, and communicate consistently with parents. Ideal candidate has experience with special needs, a clean driving record, strong communication and reporting skills, reliability, and the ability to participate in physical activities. Employment is through Ability360 with family pay based on experience; training completion is required. Respite, habilitation, and attendant care duties with weekly/monthly progress documentation; strict mobile phone usage policy during duty hours.

- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and obtain fingerprint clearance
- Ability to provide active, engaged support in daily activities and therapy sessions
