Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Accompany clients on errands and appointments while engaging them in hobbies, activities, and community integration. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor to help clients reach their full potential. Shifts available include afternoon, evening, and weekend options in Mooresville, Statesville, Catawba, and surrounding areas. Competitive pay with weekly schedule, flexible hours, and short commute times.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Type: Afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available
