Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve goals. Assist clients with personal care needs, including dressing and grooming, while empowering them to reach their goals and live as independently as possible. Help individuals participate in community activities, social events, and transport them to appointments and errands. Offer encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship to create lasting connections and celebrate life-changing milestones. Flexible part-time schedules available with weekly pay up to $19/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
