Build long-lasting one-on-one relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to support their independence in community and home settings. Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities like Special Olympics while assisting with daily goals such as budgeting, socializing, shopping, and using public transportation. Ensure client safety and well-being with dignity and respect throughout the day. Work part-time or full-time Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay starting at $19. No experience required; paid training and client matching are provided.
