Special Needs After School/Saturday Coordinator

Ensure the safety and well-being of all program participants at all times while planning, leading, and facilitating engaging social and recreational activities tailored to neurodiverse children and adults. Encourage positive social interactions among participants and promptly report any incidents or concerns to supervisors per organizational protocols. Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and participant notes. Attend required trainings and certifications such as CPR and SCIP to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve program quality and participant experience. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff. This part-time role supports a dedicated team delivering meaningful experiences for the community.
