Job Summary
Manage all aspects of contract execution and maintenance for Specialty portfolios including Immunology, Rare Disease, and Neurology. Review terms and conditions, set up new agreements and amendments, and ensure accurate, timely payments aligned with contract requirements. Analyze rebates and payments, assess customer performance for tier placement, and validate data to resolve discrepancies with customers and account managers. Provide functional oversight for one FTE, coordinate new product launch readiness, and manage cash flow forecasting while ensuring full adherence to SOX compliance and internal controls. Participate in customer meetings and audits as needed to support diverse contracting programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- experience in market access or finance
- Area of specialization: Business, Finance, Accounting, Policy, or Health Care
- Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, market access, and/or finance with a solid understanding of industry dynamics
- Proven ability to comprehend and effectively communicate complex contracting strategies involving significant variability
- Strong analytical capabilities with a clear understanding of the key drivers behind rebate, pricing trends, and variances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Excel, including frequent use of PivotTables and VLOOKUP for data analysis
- Experience with Model N FLEX and ERP systems such as SAP
