Job Summary
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for university and government sectors by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities with educational institutions and healthcare departments. Drive sales growth through direct engagement with procurement teams, academic leaders, and key decision-makers to achieve annual sales and monthly KPI objectives. Build strong relationships with universities, dental schools, and government officials while representing the company at conferences and acting as the primary liaison between the organization and designated institutions. Collaborate with Sales Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Education teams to deliver impactful programmes and provide market intelligence to support business strategy. Travel to universities, teaching hospitals, and stakeholder meetings for a minimum of 2-4 nights per month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in healthcare, medical device, dental, education, or government sales
- Experience managing tenders and institutional accounts
- Basic understanding of public sector procurement processes
- Strategic business development

- Travel required to universities, teaching hospitals, government institutions, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
