Job Summary
The Special Loan Associate is responsible for interfacing between servicing teams regarding data maintenance and advisory updates, managing scheduled data submissions, and ensuring communication with vendors, Corporate Departments, and investors. Key responsibilities include overseeing special loans such as ARM and balloon loans, managing servicing systems and documentation protocols, conducting data gathering and research, and performing detailed reporting and submissions for various accounts. The role also requires maintaining professional office operations, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring compliance with all related mortgage and fair lending laws. Candidates should possess strong organizational and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and be adept at adapting to changes in protocols.
