Job Summary
Special Loan Advisor (SLA) manages a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans, maintains ongoing customer relationships, handles inbound/outbound communications, provides advisory support, prepares/obtains documents, analyzes data, generates reports, ensures compliance with investor requirements, and strives for 100% customer satisfaction through proactive servicing activities. Requires strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and teamwork; travel may be involved.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two to four years related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Business Purpose Loans
- MSP/Black Knight/LPS and Sagent experience preferred
- Travel may be required
