Job Summary
Special Instructor, Early Intervention Part-time, Pay-Per-Visit in Berks County, PA. Work directly with children from birth through age three and their families using a coaching model to empower parents to implement supports in the child’s natural settings (home, daycare, or community). Services may be provided in-person or virtually, with scheduling flexibility to manage 5–19 hours per week and potential to grow to part-time or full-time. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team; opportunities for mentorship, ongoing education, CEU access, and a clinical career ladder. Training and resources include GOMap, DIR Floortime, and other pediatric therapies; potential for DeNovo equity partnership to open clinics. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, pediatric CPR and First Aid, fellowship completion, and Certificate of Clinical Competence. Required Qualifications
- Obtained Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Studies, or Early Childhood Development
- Must have pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing)
- Must have completed fellowship year and earned Certificate of Clinical Competence
