Job Summary
Deliver Special Instruction services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three in family homes and community settings using evidence-based, family-centered practices. Collaborate with the child's IFSP team to support family outcomes through Family Guided Routines Based Intervention while ensuring all clinical documentation meets state and county timeframes. Maintain professional certification and complete required continuing education and training sessions. Adhere strictly to Early Intervention laws, regulations, and HIPAA guidelines. Set your own schedule and manage caseload parameters as an independent contractor in Beaver County, earning $78.00–$82.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early intervention, early childhood special education, early childhood education, child development, special education, or family studies
- 1 year of experience working directly with preschool children with disabilities and their families
- university-supervised practicum/student teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree including at least 15 credit hours in early intervention, early childhood special education, early childhood education, child development, special education, or family studies
- Valid Act 33 (Child Abuse) clearance
- Valid Act 34 (Criminal Record) clearance
- Valid FBI Clearances
- Demonstrated commitment to state, county, and HIPAA regulatory compliance
