The Special Inspector is responsible for conducting onsite inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes and approved plans, and maintaining detailed records. The ideal candidate must have ACI Certification, with knowledge of state building codes and safety regulations, and preferably have ICC Reinforced Certification and UT Testing experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
