Job Summary
Special Events Project Manager at Elevation Church responsible for managing timelines, execution, and deliverables for key church events (e.g., Easter, Christmas, anniversaries). Oversees video, graphic design, screen content, and live/stage elements for events at the Broadcast Location (Ballantyne Campus) and ensures assets translate to non-broadcast campuses. Leads brainstorms with creative teams, coordinates with Tech/Production to build realistic event timelines, manages event briefs across departments, aligns schedules with multiple project managers, oversees lobby decor execution, manages budgets, and maintains relationships with designers, videographers, Programming Director, and other PMs. Requires strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, verbal and digital communication, decision-making, and collaborative skills, along with active church participation and a growth mindset.

- Love working in collaborative environments and have the desire to be learning constantly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
- Experience in managing or caring for a team, especially creators
- Experience with Slack and Asana
