Respond to emergent and non-emergent medical requests and public safety concerns at event venues, conducting thorough patient assessments and delivering Basic Life Support care within assigned areas. Coordinate patient transport to higher levels of care, utilizing medical equipment and procedures to provide safe, high-quality treatment while communicating clearly with patients, family members, venue staff, and responding agencies. Complete required patient care reports, maintain first aid rooms and vehicles, and adhere to all protocols, SOPs, and company policies. Operate Company vehicles in accordance with safety policies and report any equipment deficiencies immediately.
