Special Events Crew - PB

As the Cruise Director for Pirate’s Bay Waterpark, you will orchestrate daily programmed activities, coordinate encounters with pirates and mermaids, and create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that appeals to guests of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Your mission is to ensure every guest feels like part of the crew, providing an unforgettable adventure for both first-time visitors and seasoned guests. This role is seasonal.
